Kim Nichols
Kim Nichols came to TCA last year, as the grammar school nurse. She trained as an EMT in the state of Missouri. While working as an EMT, she completed training as a teacher in advanced first aid with the American Red Cross, then teaching firemen and policeman. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina. Her first ten years in nursing were in oncology, working with cancer patients in NC and MI. The oncology work was excellent background for transferring to Hospice work. She has worked with Hospice until accepting nursing work at a daycare and TCA. Over the past year she has taken many in-service courses pertaining to the school nurse field. God has directed this nursing career in such a fulfilling way. And He continues to do so. She is proud to be part of TCA.
