Elaine Leonard

Mrs. Elaine Leonard joined Trinity Christian Academy this fall as an art teacher for 7th & 8th grade. Elaine grew up in Lake Saint Louis and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the University of Missouri ~ Columbia with an emphasis on Graphic Design and a minor in Ceramics. She worked for 20 years in Chicago doing Graphic Design, Packaging Design and Book Design until moving back to Lake Saint Louis in 2013. She now runs a busy Etsy store selling handmade wheel-thrown pottery which she creates in her home studio. Elaine has been married to her husband, Darren, for 28 years and they together have three daughters who are now ages 17, 20 and 22. Elaine is excited and honored to be working with TCA students this year to encourage their creative talents!
